Telephone Support

For urgent problems, we provide telephone support (m: 0 404 405 405). The support number is diverted to a specialist's mobile to enable immediate response. We guarantee to respond within 1 hour.

Emergency call-outs and regular site visits

If a problem can't be solved by E-mail or over the telephone, we will visit your business to investigate and correct the problem. We can also provide regular visits to perform health checks on your system.

Remote control support

With remote control support, we install remote access software to allow secure remote capability. This allows our engineers to take control over the remote computer and perform many tasks that would of required a site visit. This provides a faster response time.
